- s44 doesn't control redial, it sets the time to wait before dialing the
- previous number after disconnection. set s69=0 if you want to disable
- automatic redial. This disables all of s69, including Plug 'n' Play on
- Externals. To just turn off automatic redial set s69.1=0.
